Corey Frye

Project Manager

Corey Frye is a Project Manager who brings a decade of experience in production, live media, and creative content to Noy Media Group. From managing a news studio in Charlotte to leading a mobile broadcast team in Washington, D.C., Corey has built his career on adaptability, leadership, and delivering results under pressure.

A defining moment in Corey’s career came during his time in live media, where split-second decisions determined success. In one early assignment, he set up a live broadcast just minutes before going on air—earning praise from both the client and the network and cementing his reputation as a reliable leader. These experiences shaped his ability to remain calm under pressure, train and mentor teams, and ensure quality in every project.

At Noy Media Group, Corey specializes in production management and thrives on helping teams succeed together. Known for his ability to adapt quickly and bring out the best in others, he ensures projects are delivered at the highest standard while keeping timelines on track. While he enjoys both photo and video work, Corey has a particular love for event photography, where he captures authentic, unscripted moments that tell a story.

Corey stays sharp by surrounding himself with creatives, embracing collaboration, and remaining open to new ideas and trends. Guided by the mantra “Be better than yesterday,” he believes in growth through consistent effort and learning from challenges.

Outside of work, Corey is a writer at heart, with a lifelong love of storytelling that began with comic books and grew into writing film scripts. He also spends his free time playing Magic at a local meadery, hosting improv shows, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.

Dasher Fox

Director of Barketing

Dasher Fox, Director of Barketing at Noy Media Group, has been a part of the team since day one. As Rachel’s right-paw pup, he earned his role the old-fashioned way, by showing up uninvited to every meeting and winning hearts with every tail wag. His career in barketing began with a love for people, snacks, and being where the action is. Whether he’s popping into a video shoot or serving as an emotional support during long brainstorming sessions, Dasher’s presence is always felt.

Known for his specialties in morale boosting and midday nap inspiration, Dasher brings a unique energy to the office that keeps the team grounded and smiling. He’s a natural in front of the camera and has even been requested by name on client calls. He understands the importance of being memorable and maintaining strong client relationships, especially when treats are involved!

When he’s not holding down the office fort, you’ll find him chasing squirrels, sunbathing, or catching a snooze under someone’s desk. Whether he’s soaking up the creative energy or stealing the show, Dasher proves every day that no team is complete without a little heart…and a whole lot of fluff!

Macrae Cain

Digital Marketing Lead

Macrae Cain has been immersed in digital media and marketing since 2001, blending creative vision with technical expertise to drive impactful campaigns. His passion for digital operations stems from the limitless possibilities technology offers—turning ideas into reality with efficiency and innovation.

With experience building multiple digital agencies as both a partner and owner, Macrae thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. His expertise spans branding, graphic design, video production, web development, extended reality, digital advertising, and business technology. While his team specializes in individual areas, his hands-on knowledge allows him to oversee projects with precision, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

For Macrae, the most exciting projects integrate multiple marketing channels—campaigns that blend social media, custom landing pages, video content, and promotional assets to create a dynamic, cohesive experience. Staying ahead of industry trends is a constant pursuit, requiring adaptability, curiosity, and a relentless drive to learn. His guiding philosophy? Push through challenges, embrace innovation, and never settle for complacency.

Outside of work, Macrae enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters—his greatest motivation and source of inspiration.

Pablo DeLao

Production Manager

Pablo DeLaO brings nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of culture and marketing. Before joining Noy Media Group, he worked with major players like Universal Music, Pinterest, and Nielsen, collaborating with artists, agencies, and brands to bring bold ideas to life. Along the way, he launched his own company, where he led influencer campaigns, artist marketing, and publishing strategy for a range of high-profile clients. With one foot in the corporate world and one in creative spaces, Pablo thrives as a “Universal Translator” bridging data, storytelling, and culture to build campaigns that resonate.

As Production Manager, Pablo specializes in content production, performance marketing, and creator strategy. He’s passionate about connecting people to ideas, decoding digital behavior, and launching projects that blend cultural relevance with strategic intent. Whether it’s developing UGC campaigns or rolling out branded content, Pablo brings both structure and spontaneity to every project.

He believes great marketing requires adaptability: the ability to balance data with instinct and think fast without losing sight of the message. Guided by curiosity and emotional intelligence, he approaches every challenge with a creative mind and a collaborative spirit.

Outside of work, Pablo is a gym regular, concert lover, and playlist perfectionist. He’s placed music in Fast & Furious, produced a live award show, and considers himself a lifelong learner who figures things out by jumping in. His go-to mantra? “Purpose and passion over position.” Because for Pablo, it’s not just about what you do, it’s about who you are while doing it.

Drew Stuckey

Videographer / Photographer / Editor

Drew Stuckey joined Noy Media Group in 2023, bringing his eye for detail and a deep passion for visual storytelling. A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Film and Media, Drew first stepped into the industry as Marketing Chair for the university’s student programming board. From there, his talent quickly found a stage. Drew has worked with artists and networks like Missy Elliott, Jermaine Dupri, Lifetime, and BET.

One of his defining career moments came when he was hired as the lead videographer to capture documentary footage for Missy Elliott’s VMA Video Vanguard Award process. Handling long-form edits at that level pushed him to troubleshoot under pressure, manage technical challenges, and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines — sharpening both his craft and his confidence.

At Noy Media Group, Drew specializes in photography, long-form edits, and recap visuals. His creative eye and technical expertise allow him to transform raw footage into stories that connect with audiences. While editing can be meticulous, Drew finds peace in the process and purpose in the final product.

He believes the key to success in media is creating work that feels intentional and real so it resonates on a deeper level. Always tuned into culture and technology, Drew keeps his “ears to the streets” to stay ahead of trends and ensure his artistry remains fresh and relevant.

Outside of work, Drew is FAA Part 107 drone certified and loves bringing a new perspective to projects through aerial footage. He’s also passionate about concerts, working out, and traveling. His personal mantra is “Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”

Khayla Robinson

Client Success Specialist

Khayla Robinson is a Client Success Specialist at Noy Media Group with a background in marketing and brand management. After earning her Master’s in Marketing and a certificate in Brand Management, Khayla transitioned from the insurance industry to marketing agencies. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, specializing in personal injury marketing and building strong client relationships.

Khayla’s passion for marketing started in high school when she served as the marketing officer for her drama club, and it continued through leadership roles in college. One of her proudest accomplishments was developing a complete brand identity for a personal injury client, creating a brand voice and consistent presence across various channels.

She specializes in client services, account management, analytics, and email marketing. Khayla’s passion for data and analytics allows her to uncover insights and communicate campaign success to clients. She loves working on website refreshes and email marketing projects, always staying on top of industry trends through tools like Google Alerts and platforms like AdWeek.

Khayla values continuous learning and believes that staying current with trends and being adaptable is key to success. Outside of work, she loves reality TV, especially Real Housewives of Potomac and Married to Medicine, and enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. Her favorite quote is: “Try new things. Don’t be afraid. Step out of your comfort zone and soar” – Michelle Obama.

Monicha Taylor

Client Success Specialist

Monicha Taylor is a Client Success Specialist with over seven years of experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. Her career began in marketing analytics and public relations, which led her to specialize in performance management, customer retention, and program optimization. Monicha’s passion for building lasting client relationships and delivering innovative solutions has driven her success in the industry.

One of her proudest moments was implementing a customer retention program that greatly improved client satisfaction scores. Monicha excels at combining analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to optimize client programs and solve complex issues. She enjoys projects that blend data analysis with creative problem-solving, especially those focused on client success.

To stay ahead of industry trends, Monicha engages in continuous learning through webinars, reports, and her professional network. She believes the key to success is building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations. Outside of work, Monicha enjoys hiking, yoga, and reading books on personal development. Her favorite quote is, “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”

Kyle Hill

Kyle Hill’s passion for video production began in 6th grade, when he first picked up a camera. After high school, he turned his hobby into a career and hasn’t looked back. Specializing in video production, editing, and storytelling, Kyle enjoys creating cinematic, promotional, and documentary-style content that pushes creative boundaries.

His proudest moment came when he was paid for his first video project—a milestone that confirmed he could turn his passion into a profession. Known for his ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, Kyle’s attention to detail ensures every video has a powerful impact. He stays ahead of industry trends by experimenting with new techniques and watching films to continuously hone his skills.

For Kyle, success in the industry means hard work, consistency, and always being open to learning. He values efficiency and quality, ensuring every project is something he’s proud of. Outside of work, Kyle loves spending time with his wife and three daughters, watching movies, and fishing. Copy Writer

Kelsey Croawell started her career in real estate marketing before transitioning to Noy Media Group. Though initially unfamiliar with legal and medical marketing, Kelsey quickly gained invaluable experience and knowledge. One of the proudest achievements has been writing commercial scripts that now air across the Southeast.

As a copywriter, Kelsey specializes in creating unique brand tones—over 30 to be exact—tailored to each client’s specific needs. The favorite part of the job is building websites, as it allows Kelsey to help companies tell their stories in a creative, impactful way that resonates with their audience. Staying ahead of industry trends is a priority, attending webinars in personal time and benefiting from Rachel Fox’s guidance on the latest shifts in personal injury marketing.

Kelsey believes that adaptability is key to success in the marketing world, especially with the constant evolution of technology and new platforms. Guided by integrity and compassion, Kelsey takes great pride in knowing the work helps injured individuals find the care they deserve. Outside of work, Kelsey is passionate about fitness, racing, and spending time with her daughter. Highly competitive by nature, Kelsey loves to see colleagues win, and the personal mantra is “You can always do more. Never be satisfied or comfortable.”

Jennifer Hutchens has a marketing and creative background that spans over 20. Her expertise lies in developing cohesive strategies that align creative direction with business goals, ensuring both innovative storytelling and improving customer experiences across various industries.When she’s not busy shaping the future of brands, Jenn can be found exploring other creative outlets, like being a top rated celebrity hair colorist in Atlanta. You can also find her at the dog park on the regular with her fur baby Fallon.

Chris Jeffreys

Videographer & Editor

Chris “Fizz” Jefferys is a videographer and editor with a lifelong passion for storytelling. His journey into video began back in high school, shooting creative projects that eventually led him to acting—and ultimately behind the camera. He officially stepped into the world of videography by creating his own content, blending his talents as an actor with a natural eye for production. One of his proudest career moments was landing a Popeyes commercial that aired nationally—one recognized by many of Noy’s clients.

At Noy Media Group, Chris specializes in all things production. Whether it’s capturing content on set or bringing edits to life in post, he’s known as the heartbeat of the team. His love for commercials and long-form storytelling drives his work, and his ability to bring ideas to life visually adds a dynamic layer to every project.

Chris believes success in this industry comes down to perseverance and positivity. His approach is all about uplifting energy and pushing creative boundaries. What excites him most about working in media? The chance to be creative and travelling with the team doesn’t hurt either!

Outside of work, Chris is passionate about acting and all things performance. His favorite quotes, “Through the perilous fight, you must remain brave” and “In order to be heard, you must make noise!”, are a reflection of his drive to be bold, expressive, and unapologetically himself in everything he does.

Chery Mcoy

Media Buyer

Cheryl began her career in media on the vendor side in 1991 after earning her degree in accounting and finance. Over the years, she’s worn many hats across the industry, from sales to buying, gaining a deep understanding of both strategy and execution. One of her most defining career moments was transitioning from the sales side to the buying side, where she expanded her problem-solving skill set and developed a more holistic view of media planning.

With over 35 years of experience in advertising and media, Cheryl brings unmatched insight to the team. She specializes in account management, sales, and media development, with a passion for full-scope media planning that allows her to flex her creativity and craft strategic, results-driven solutions. Her ability to anticipate needs and her deep knowledge of the media landscape make her an invaluable part of any project. Cheryl stays sharp by keeping up with industry news, tapping into her extensive network of media contacts, and following her natural curiosity for what’s next.

Her approach to work is grounded in dependability and drive—guided by the principle, “Do what you say you’re going to do, when you said you were going to do it.” Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with horses. Her personal mantra, “On time, on target & on budget,” is a perfect reflection of the precision and purpose she brings to everything she does.

Brianna Trombly

Agency Success Manager

Brianna Trombly began her career in various support roles, including administrative assistant, technician, and social media manager. She joined Noy Media Group as an Executive Assistant, but her passion, adaptability, and quick learning led her to grow into the role of Agency Success Manager.

As Agency Success Manager, Brianna specializes in client relationships and sales, ensuring that clients understand the agency’s services and how it can best support their marketing goals. Her greatest strength is adaptability—stepping into different roles to support the team and keep projects running smoothly.

She stays ahead of trends through research and continuous learning, including exploring insights from experts in various fields through resources like MasterClass. Brianna believes collaboration is key to success—strong partnerships and teamwork are essential in delivering great results.

Outside of work, Brianna is passionate about travel. She lived in an RV for two years, exploring all 50 states and visiting seven countries. She is also an avid reader, setting a goal to read about 50 books a year. Her personal mantra is, “What you’re not changing, you’re choosing,” a reminder that we shape our lives through the decisions we make every day.

Arif Hasnat

Editor

Arif Hasnat is a Video Editor with over 3 years of experience at Noy Media Group, having been with the company since its inception. His career began as a content creator on YouTube, where he learned video editing while building his skills. Although YouTube didn’t work out, it ignited his passion for editing and storytelling. Arif transitioned to freelance work, then full-time roles with startups, honing his craft along the way.

A defining moment in his career was editing content for Mark Manson, the New York Times best-selling author of The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k. Being able to work with someone he had admired for years was a huge achievement. Additionally, being part of the growth and success of Noy Media Group has been a rewarding experience for him.

Arif specializes in social media content, video editing, graphic design, and content research. He brings adaptability and a keen understanding of social media trends, ensuring that the content he creates is fresh, relevant, and impactful. He enjoys working on quick and creative projects, such as social media reels, where he can showcase his skills in short, actionable pieces of content.

Outside of work, Arif enjoys traveling and running, and people may be surprised to learn that he can juggle multiple projects at once. While completing his degree in civil engineering, he managed two jobs and maintained a balanced schedule. His personal mantra is, “The monotony and solitude of a quiet life stimulates the creative mind.” – Albert Einstein.

Ansley Nicholson is a Social Media Manager at Noy Media Group with six years of marketing experience. After earning her degree, she transitioned from various internships into the marketing industry, gaining experience across diverse sectors, from law firms to the music industry. Specializing in social media strategy and content creation, Ansley brings a fresh perspective, a strong work ethic, and a deep understanding of the latest digital trends.

One of her proudest moments was successfully running a social media campaign for a Grammy-winning artist, exceeding expectations. She thrives on personal branding projects, helping clients craft unique, authentic identities that not only stand out but drive real connections and results. Ansley stays ahead of industry trends by following the latest updates across social media platforms and always staying engaged with new digital tools.

Ansley values adaptability in the ever-changing marketing world and believes that trust and honest communication are vital for strong business relationships.
